After completing their ISR Self-Rescue skillset, maintenance and refresher lessons help students to maintain their skills and confidence throughout the year. Discuss with your instructor an appropriate maintenance schedule for your child, but generally speaking it's recommended to attend 1 maintenance lesson per month.
This maintenance lesson is 10 minutes in length. The lesson is conducted at a private heated inground pool at 28C Depot Rd, Boxford, 01921.
