After completing their initial ISR Self-Rescue skillset, refresher courses help students to refine their skills by attending daily Mon-Fri 10 minute lessons for 1-2 weeks. Refresher courses are recommended for all students every 4-6 months.
Refresher courses require a minimum of 1 week (5 lessons) attendance. For many students that will be sufficient. However, a 2 week refresher is often considered ideal. Please purchase each week separately.
