REFRESHER COURSE Monday 5/12-Friday 5/16 @ 11:20 AM

These weeklong refresher courses are good for families who are preparing to travel during school vacation weeks in April or early May. Each refresher block will consist of 5 consecutive days of 10-15 min lessons between Monday-Friday.

After completing their initial ISR Self-Rescue skillset, refresher courses are highly recommended every 4-6 months to adjust your child's skills to their growing body.
